𝐇𝐌𝐒 𝐖𝐄𝐒𝐓𝐌𝐈𝐍𝐒𝐓𝐄𝐑 ========================== HMS Westminster is a Type 23 Frigate in the Royal Navy. It was laid down in 1991 by Swan Hunter in Tyne and Wear and it was launched on 4 February 1992. Its first operational action it saw was on Operation Harlech in early 1995 as a response to the Volcano eruption in Montserrat with HMS Southampton. Its interior was used for filming for the 18th James Bond film, Tomorrow Never Dies, in 1997. In real life, it was decommissioned in May 2024 and it is awaiting scrap.
