Description

At Elite Gymnastics Academy (EGA), we are a welcoming, confident, non-judgmental, and caring community where every gymnast is valued and supported. We believe progress happens best in a positive environment where you feel safe to grow, learn, and challenge yourself. If at any time you would like to speak with me privately, you are always welcome to do so — however, there is never any pressure if you don’t feel comfortable. Training sessions will run from 7:00 pm to 7:30 pm AEST every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Every second week on Saturday and Sunday will focus on level-ups and, when ready, possible competitions. My name is Lizzy, and I am the founder of EGA. I will be supporting you throughout most of your journey and progress, guiding you every step of the way. Nothing is ever “too hard” — growth takes time, patience, and belief in yourself. If you ever feel unsure or think your question might sound silly, please remember that no question or idea is ever stupid here.
