Description
The Magical Congress of the Antarctic (MACOA) functions similarly to it's counter-part Arctic Ministry of Magic. MACOA does most of its work abroad, traveling in different stations set up all over the Antarctic region. MACOA manages and preserves wizarding law in the Antarctic. While members in the council of MACOA can create their own laws for the Antarctic, they must abide by interpolar legislation set by the Polar Kingdom. Headquarters - (WIP) Antarctic Patrol - (WIP) White Forest - (WIP) MACOA connects with large cities in Austrailia, New Zealand, South Africa, and South America in order to connect them to the Wizarding World and protect them from Scourers.
