Description
Re-established: 7/11/17, We are the Engineers who work on Vertibirds and other things from California, to I-Ioover Dam. The NCR is a post war civilization that follows old world values such as democracy and the rule of law. We stretch from the North of California, all the way to the Mojave. The New California Republic is constantly expanding, with a capitalist economy to back it.
