Description
NORTHSTAR RESEARCH GROUP Research beyond the surface. Founded in 1998, Northstar Research Group is a private energy and research corporation that pursues the projects no one else will fund. Its most ambitious operation lies deep beneath the Kestrel Mountains: Site-7, the Advanced Energy Laboratory. At the heart of Site-7 is the Polaris Reactor, an experimental fusion core capable of powering an entire region. Keeping it stable demands constant attention from Northstar's research, engineering and security personnel, around the clock. Northstar maintains that Site-7 is perfectly safe. DIVISIONS • Research: conduct experiments and monitor the core • Engineering: maintain reactor, coolant and power systems • Security: protect the facility and its personnel • Emergency Response: handle incidents, fires and evacuations Join to receive facility updates and event notices.
