Description
VORON stands as a discreetly subsidized order, its coffers filled humbly by unseen benefactors and its influence entwined with a host of guilds, brotherhoods, and ancient establishments. It is charged with the solemn duty of preserving the natural order, as decreed by distant powers beyond the horizon and across uncharted seas. Blades, bows, even faith itself, all things are pledged to the will of the Marshal, whose command is regarded with neared reverent devotion. To the pledged, His word is not merely law, but purpose. Thus, the order’s allegiance is not fixed but fluid, bending as the Marshal decrees. In these times, they walk a path of measured neutrality, neither wholly aligned with the crowns nor those who appose them. VORON bases itself heavily on the phrase, 'An eye for an eye'. What one dares to take, so too must they be prepared to lose. In this balance, VORON finds its justice, and in that justice, its unyielding resolve.
