There was a time where every city has their own icegangs and thousands would show up to watch them all duke it out in giant arenas. Our Ice-gang exists as a Fallout 3 minor faction and the perks for joining the group is an assault rifle and a hockey mask. Our rank system and beliefs are hockey themed.
