Description
The Civil Purple Alliance is a police group made for Barren. We make sure any low level has an opprounity to be saved by high levels and offer protection. Any high level that attacks a low level is KOS to the CPA. Rules: 1. Must have discard. 2. Must not kill any low level player without being provoked first. 3. May not betray the cause. 4. Failure to do any of these rules causes a dishonorable discharge, or in less severe cases, demotion.
