[SOC] Spectral Ordinance Command Whispered about even within the Black Lantern Program, the Spectral Ordinance Command operates where reconnaissance ends and eradication begins. They are the Program’s unseen fulcrum. An elite division trained to move through warzones like phantoms, leaving only precision in their wake. Each operative is conditioned beyond ordinary thresholds, mastering silence, misdirection, and the tactical use of “spectral maneuvers” hyper coordinated, near invisible strike patterns engineered by the Program’s darkest architects. When conventional operatives falter, the Spectral Ordinance Command is deployed not to fight battles, but to end them. Their presence is never confirmed, only felt in the sudden collapse of enemy networks and the eerie stillness left behind. To outsiders, they are myth. To the Program, they are its cold, perfect instrument.
