Description
Thessal is a developed world controlled by its governing officials known as Espos. Situated in the outer and remote reaches of the rim, the inhabitants typically keep to themselves - save for those who occupy careers as merchants and deal in fair trade with off-worlders. From the capital city Kessia however, the Espos routinely direct acts of espionage and subterfuge in conjunction with their operators on other sovereign states in an effort to supplement their own intentions.
