Description

The Arkonian Officer Academy is the official leadership and officer development division of The Arkonian Imperium. Built around leadership, knowledge, and responsibility, the Academy prepares the next generation of Imperial officers. Candidates progress through structured training designed to develop leadership, hosting ability, tactical knowledge, and confidence before entering the officer corps. 🎓 WHAT WE OFFER: • Structured officer training and progression • Leadership and tactical development • Practical exercises and supervised experience • Mentorship from experienced officers 📋 REQUIREMENTS: • Must hold the rank of Sergeant or higher • Must complete an application through the forum • Voice communication is required for training 🎖️ OUR MISSION: To develop capable and dependable officers prepared to lead, organize, and represent the Imperium.
