A common activity for all in the Republic. However, one of the brothers heard a loud roar coming from behind them and shouted to alert the others. The pack of lions came upon them and attacked them with ferocity. The brothers, realizing their situation knew it would be the end of them. They charged straight into the lions, fighting them with their bare fists and their daggers. Blood was drawn on all sides, this was not a fight for land, but for life. The sands stopped moving, and a nearby townsman heard the fighting and came to help. But the fighting was over, the lion's heads were already wrapped around the brothers.
