Description
The Roblox Commerce Center (RCC) is whatever it's tenants want it to be. Shopping centers, mini games, or even teleport hubs, it's up to you. Tenants can purchase rooms or whole floors from 5 (planned) buildings located around a central plaza. Room costs vary depending on what the tenant is asking for. To request space in a building. Send a DM to GarethWellington or any of our complex managers to put in a request for a room or floor in a building of your choice. Payouts will be made to tenants should they sell a product in their place at a 40% tax rate (Tax rate is for building and asset development)
