In order to join you must first enter the citizenship test, make an application then join the trainings. Attend and pass the trainings and we will accept you, it will take us a day or less. Help us clean up the streets. The Richmond Department of Public Works is responsible for the upkeep, maintenance, and trash disposal. They do operations such as trash pickup, street sweeping, and the overall upkeep and beautification of the state.
