Description
The Unions of the yet Another Logistics Agency operate as a subsidiary under the Office of the Ombudsman, serving to represent every contractor and ensuring a balanced and fair environment. Currently, two unions function within the agency. The first is the Coalition for Agency Reform Advocates (U-CARE), which translates community ideas into active agency policy through democratic voting and monthly assemblies. The second is the Legal Advocates for Workers Society (U-LAWS), which monitors event compliance and guards against shift misbehavior. Together, these unions bridge the gap between the workforce and agency leadership.
