Description
The Union of Kingdoms of Halkettlander is a fictional constitutional union formed by several historic kingdoms under a single Crown. During the Late Victorian Era, the nation experienced a period of rapid industrial growth, political reform, and military modernization, establishing itself as one of the leading powers of its fictional world. Following decades of regional rivalry, the kingdoms agreed to strengthen their alliance through the Treaty of Westminster, creating a unified government while preserving the traditions and local administrations of each kingdom. The Union adopted a constitutional monarchy, with the Sovereign serving as Head of State and Parliament exercising legislative authority.
