Description
(NOT A REAL FAN FACTION) Proposed as a hypothetical last resort by Emperor Ebisu and a think tank of anonymous Rising Sun Warriors, 核の夜明け (Nuclear Dawn, affectionately nicknamed 'the Rising Sun Nukers') was supposed to act as a set of plans spanning across several months or even years of secret reconnaissance and missions related to both local and foreign nuclear resources. Upon Nuclear Dawn's success, the Rising Sun Warriors would use said resources to defend Japan from Flash-level assaults overseas or otherwise. Nuclear Dawn was inevitably disregarded by Ebisu himself for tactical and ethical reasons, though the seed of its possibility was already planted in the heart of the Shogunate. Years after being conceived, frequent rumors of Warriors claiming to act on behalf of Nuclear Dawn were spread across Kansai east and westward after numerous veterans of the Rising Sun were forced from their positions of leadership or left intentionally for unknown reasons. 鬼は外！福は内！
