Description
The Court of Lazurite, one of the rulers in the Oligarchy of the Off Color Gem System. Lazurite is the symbol of order. She rules over courts of law. Lazurite is a very calm, careful, and flexible gem despite having many secrets. Behind her very calm and positive nature, she hides many grudges to herself and if pestered too much she could snap. However, she knows this and can control it very well. Lazurite is off color because she's a defective Lapis Lazuli, she is unable to have the ability to summon water wings along with controlling water. However, she can control ice/frost, but it is not as powerful unless her emotions are strong.
