[ Greater Saxony ] ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ In the chaotic aftermath of the Great War, Saxony mustered its remaining forces and declared total independence, breaking away from the collapsing German state. Due to the exhaustion of supplies and manpower, and the new treaty placed upon Germany, this new Greater Saxony managed to expand their borders inwards before finally being stopped. Total war emerges as Germany tries to keep up with Saxony--all the bright German minds fled to them as the treaty restricted their advancements--hence Saxony's technological superiority.
