Founded by the former Emperor, it was created in his name for his children and the upper class Royal Family of the Empire. The Chimerthians respected and upheld their virtues and values of their Empire, and when it fell they took the initiative to spread stories and tales of the past to remember its former glory. This is the family that forged Spearton into the legacy it was meant to be recognized as. ===========================================
