The Flame troopers is nominally recruited from firefighters and loyal volunteers in the Dominion following a lengthy course on fire safety, although this is in truth a farce. Purifiers are, in actuality, recruited from war criminals and maniacs who have been apprehended into the military, and this is shown in the statistic that 80.9% of all Purifiers have been kidnapped in their lifetime.
