The Security Service, commonly known as MI5 is the United Kingdom's domestic counter-intelligence and security agency. The MI5 is in charge of articulating, coordinating and executing measures of protection within the United Kingdom. The Security Service is also tasked with promoting the rights of life, integrity, liberty and the safety of people, or groups and communities that withhold an office, that can be at extraordinary or extreme risk due to it's functions or exercises.
