Defendant COMPANY, also known as the ROBLOX group, hereby alleges as follows: All the Shirts, T-Shirts, COMPANY name, ROBLOX games (collectively the "Assets") are henceforth fully owned by CFA Properties, Inc. Our COMPANY retains NO legal rights or claim to the Assets present on the group. Our COMPANY has taken visible Steps Of Measure to remove any Assets under the control of CFA Properties, Inc. WE RETAIN NO LEGAL RIGHTS TO ANY ASSETS. OUR COMPANY HAS NO INTENTION OF BREAKING ANY LEGAL RIGHTS. ALL RIGHTS HENCEFORTH RETAINED AND CONTROLLED BY CFA Properties, Inc.
