📜 Backstory of Park View District V1 Once known as a quiet working-class neighborhood, Park View District was built on forgotten promises — a city project left unfinished, abandoned by politicians, and taken over by the streets. Over time, what was meant to be a peaceful suburban zone turned into a hotbed of tension, gang activity, police corruption, and underground hustle. Local crews carved out their blocks, pushing weight, taking territory, and building fearsome reputations. Civilians try to survive between the cracks — some stay clean, others get pulled into the life. Law enforcement tries to keep control, but the badge holds no power without respect. Factions rise and fall like seasons, each one trying to own the district. Now, Park View District V1 is in a fragile balance — a warzone dressed like a city.
