Welcome, to the Atomic Constitution. The Atomic Constitution, or AC, was formed by a small group of people in the year 2197, to mark as a rebellion group against the Enclave. It lasted only 2 years. It grew powerful, but in the end, they just couldn't handle it. But now, after 37 years, it is once again here, reformed.
