They want to use these "ghoul turned humans", to their own cause, which is [REDACTED]. The experiments were often very cruel, painful and inhumane. The people who were used in these experiments, were often normal citizens, who have been abducted by this organisation, held captive, and being experimented on, against their own will. The experiments often failed, leading to the deaths of many innocent citizens.
