The Guard of Priwen was founded by K. Stone, who was legate member of the Brotherhood of Saint Paul's Stole and long-standing member of the Brotherhood Council, but to his belief that merely observing and recording about the immortals is not enough and they should focus on exterminating the vampires to protect the humans.
