Founding Grand Imperial Army of the Imperial Asian Union (1800–1900 Fictional Lore) The Grand Imperial Army (GIA) was the primary military force of the Imperial Asian Union (IAU) during the 19th century. Formed in 1808 by decree of Emperor Free, the army was created to unite the diverse kingdoms, provinces, and peoples of Asia under a single imperial banner. It became one of the largest and most disciplined military organizations of its era. Foundation (1808–1825) Before the Union's formation, countless regional armies served local rulers and warlords. After the unification campaigns began, the Emperor ordered the creation of a centralized military force known as the Grand Imperial Army. The army adopted three core principles: Loyalty to the Emperor Unity of the Asian peoples Discipline above all else
