Description
Quorum for Unrestrained Information, Law, and Liberty, otherwise known as Q.U.I.L.L, originated as a coalition of human rights activist groups. When the societies of the future absurdly advanced oppression, it became evident that peaceful protests were no longer the solution. Though it is said no more than about one hundred members exist at a time, use of guerrilla tactics and subtle warfare have made this newly armed resistance a formidable force. You MUST wear the proper uniform. Wearing a badge is only acceptable IF you can't afford one.
