Ψ-9 “SURGE” Special Underwater Recon & Global Enforcement "Our Silence Is Violence." [INFORMATION] -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- SURGE was created at the request of the Naval Command of the SCP Foundation, and is responsible for securing, containing, and neutralising maritime anomalies around the globe; often removing or controlling these threats before they can reach land and cause harm to a population. From the deepest parts of the ocean to the most treacherous coastlines experiencing a violent storm, SURGE never leaves a trace of their operations. SURGE members are specially trained to respond to deep-sea containment, coastal combat operations, and also have the capability to perform amphibious hostage rescues from rogue Class-D's, GOIs hostile to the Foundation, and SCP
