Official Sub-Division of Peacekeepers. The Rangers serve as the Peacekeeper's Special Task Group. They are capable of long ranged execution of individuals who pose a threat to the stability of the City's residential. Rangers also carry out Black Ops missions of high importance to the Handicapper General.
