This union is based on a council system in which proposals are made and discussions are televised and publicly announced. 𝐈𝐧 𝐨𝐫𝐝𝐞𝐫 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐚 𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐭𝐨 𝐛𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐚 𝐦𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 of the UID, the nation must consist of democratic values and must be part of the Ro-nations community.
