Welcome to TOCI. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ This group was originally founded by "RollerCoasterFan35". After seemingly being disconnected and inactive towards the group, he had left the group open for anyone to take. That was 2 years ago. Today is August 30, 2015, and from here on out, I'm going to attempt to make TOCI renewed and stable again. Thank you for listening. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ [UPDATES] I'm currently working on changing the group placements. I'm also currently working on what I can do to make this group better.
