Description
The government of the Tsardom of Livland consists of multiple bureaucratic departments. This group houses the Lower Officials, Senators, Lords, and of course the monarch. The job of this group is to house and organize the large bureaucracy of Livland, and see to it that the government runs smoothly. The Imperial Senate is the elected legislative body of the people, making law, policy, and scrutinizing government and government organizations such as the Self Defense Forces. The Lords function on the same principal but act as the upper house of government. Lords are members of voting nobility (those who can be Lords), and are appointed directly by the Tsar at his behest. They are consider like elders within the Tsardom and is the oldest law making body in Livland, outside of the power of the Tsar himself.
