Description
the first team of Power Rangers, formed by the interdimensional being Zordon to combat the evil witch Rita Repulsa. Recruited from the city of Angel Grove, five "teenagers with attitude"—Jason, Trini, Kimberly, Zack, and Billy—were granted powers based on prehistoric dinosaurs to become the first Power Rangers. They used their Power Morphers, Power Coins, and Zords to fight monsters, and were later joined by the brainwashed Evil Green Ranger, Tommy, who eventually became a valuable ally.
