We are the primary department of the group and we focus on law enforcement, and protection detail. We are one of the main departments of the group and a vital one. We have state police powers, for when local police are not able to respond. Start your career in the CHP today! With over 7,600 employees the CHP is the largest state police force in the country. They are tasked with protecting the highways, and interstates from criminals, and traffic violators.
