𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐑𝐞𝐯𝐨𝐥𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐆𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐕𝐢𝐞𝐭𝐧𝐚𝐦 𝐃𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐜𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐜 𝐑𝐞𝐩𝐮𝐛𝐥𝐢𝐜 𝐨𝐟 𝐕𝐢𝐞𝐭𝐧𝐚𝐦 "Independence, Freedom, Happiness." The Provisional Revolutionary Government of Vietnam, later reformed and renamed to the Democratic Republic of Vietnam, was formed in 1945 after the Japanese surrendered forces to the allied powers. The government was an underground operation and directed frequent strategic attacks against the french and their allies. The Government of Vietnam is the central body of the entire republic, controlling most of the state's economic and military ability.
