﹝TGE﹞The Galactic Empire #4525256
Description
During the last year of the Clone Wars, Supreme Chancellor Palpatine was given immediate powers by the Senate. The Jedi, fighting this claim, sought to take over The Republic and attempted a coup. The coup was thwarted by the Chancellor and his enforcer, Lord Vader. Together, with the unanimous approval of the senate, The Galactic Empire was formed. The remaining Jedi were hunted down and defeated, or scattered throughout the Galaxy.
