Joint Task Force 2 (JTF2) is the premier special operations unit operating under Canadian Special Operations Forces Command. JTF2 conducts high-risk, precision operations requiring advanced skill, discipline, and operational secrecy. Selection is highly competitive, and only the most capable personnel earn the title of Operator. Our operational focus includes: • Direct Action Operations • Counter-Terrorism • High-Value Target Missions • Special Reconnaissance • Hostage Rescue Scenarios All candidates must successfully complete a rigorous selection and evaluation process before assignment to an operational troop.
