=== LORE === The FWC is a worldwide government established in the year 2047, by a joint agreement between multiple nations, including Russia and Greater East Asia, in response to growing unrest over water and resource insecurity, rising sea levels, and general dissatisfaction with current world governments. The FWC forced the world into submission, whether by force or diplomatically. Thus the entire Earth is under control of the Consulate. In order to preserve resources, the FWC mandated strict ordinances on the people of the Earth. The world's population now lives in select urban centers in deplorable conditions, not counting the few stragglers that wish to brave the harsh environment. === ABOUT === The FWC is a sci-fi roleplaying group taking heavy inspiration from Half-Life, 1984, and other universes. === RANKING UP === Ranking up to MPF 01 can be done by completing a Basic Awareness Training at U1:SOL3:NA:NYC.
