ok 1st by noob I mean a really annoying accounts that spam and stuff I don't mean like just new people. 2nd I will need to kind of get to know what your like before I rank you up. And 3rd dont abuse your powers of being in this group. know the basics of the group. at this point i have realized i spelled defense wrong, i made this when i was little so yeh... but we take our missions totally seriously!
