Description
House Tyding "Conquest, Glory, Honor" Aeterna Victrix! The "Barony of Tidewatch" was created in 242 AE. It was created when the Eastern Continent Human, Godfrey Tyding, came to Galerith and spoke to the King of Galerith's Lord Chancellor named Alder Maleran. By the time Godfrey Tyding had arrived in the Kingdom of Galerith, it had just come out of a civil conflict regarding who was to become King called the Claimant War. Many on both sides had died, including large numbers and lords and other nobility, leaving lots of land now unclaimed and masterless. Alder Maleran, knowing this asked Godfrey Tyding if he was a suitable candidate for nobility. Godfrey Tyding would respond by telling him of his extensive career back in the Eastern Continent, and how he had used his expert speaking skills and political know-how to serve various nations back in the Eastern Continent.
