Description
In order to ally with the Republic of China, the leader of a group MUST contact either the Generalissimo, Minister of Foreign Affairs, or Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs. Otherwise the alliance request will NOT be accepted. For those groups who wish to ally with the Republic of China, send a request to THIS group and no other ROC group. The fundamental purpose of the ministry is to promote, expand, and conduct bilateral foreign affairs with other nations. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs is headed by the Minister of Foreign Affairs and is aided by his/her staff. All Allies or Enemies must go through this group and not any other ROC group. The current Chain of Command goes as followed: Generalissimo Xiao Minister of Foreign Affairs Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs Secretary General Staff
