RANKING SYSTEM To get ranked up, you have to attend a tryout, rally, event, or anything to get promoted to the next rank unless your a cadet. A cadet can only be promoted from a cadet course. DIVISIONS To get into a division, you have to prove your worth to that division. There are sub-divisions and main-divisions. You may only be in A SINGLE sub-division and A SINGLE main-division.
