You may have the greatest bunch of individual stars in the world, but if they don’t work together, the Group won’t be worth a dime. You need to be aware of what others are doing, applaud their efforts, acknowledge their successes, and encourage them in their pursuits. When we all help one another, everybody wins. It is amazing what you can accomplish if you follow your dreams.
