The Isles of Harrington is a county defined by water, connection, and community. Composed of a small chain of inhabited and uninhabited islands, linked by highways and bridges, Harrington has been the longest serving county in the State of New Calder. The townships within the county grew around harbors, marshlands, and water crossings, shaping the Isles culture still known today. The otter, which is the state animal, represents adaptability, stewardship, and the belief that strength comes from moving together rather than standing alone.
