Description
The Denten Courts is separated into three judicial branches; the Supreme Court, the Circuit Court, and the District Court. All cases are assigned to the district court and are presided over, before going to the curcuit court for an appeal. The Supreme Court is the highest court of the state, and is in charge of interpreting the constitution, and ruling over cases appealed from the Circuit Court. The powers of the judicial branch reside in Article VI of the state constitution.
