Description
𝟏𝐒𝐓 𝐒𝐈𝐋𝐄𝐒𝐈𝐀𝐍 𝐒𝐂𝐇𝐔𝐓𝐙𝐄𝐍 𝐁𝐀𝐓𝐓𝐀𝐋𝐈𝐎𝐍 Schutzen (shooters) utilization began in 1787. Ten handpicked soldiers from each company would be used as frontline skirmishers to harass the enemy. Eventually, the Silesian Schutzen would form as an individual regiment. Their precise accuracy and heroic attitude earned them a reputation of one of the best sharpshooters in history.
