Description
Scientific Department: The Scientific Department (SCD) is one of the important departments in the foundation, responsible for the research of the SCPs that are contained on site. Scientists may perform tests on these SCPs as long as they have proper clearance and reasoning to do so. Scientists may use certain tools for experimental purposes only. The foundation relays on the Scientific Department to provide information on SCPs to help us better understand the them.
