Regno dê Doje Sicilie #4616628
Description
𝐊𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐝𝐨𝐦 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐓𝐰𝐨 𝐒𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝑹𝒆𝒈𝒏𝒐 𝒅𝒆 𝑫𝒐𝒋𝒆 𝑺𝒊𝒄𝒊𝒍𝒊𝒆 ────── This group is alternative history, and goes based upon the alt history community and not a specific lore. Motto: "Dio ti salvi, cara patria!" (Let God save you, dear homeland!) ────── Government: Constitutional monarchy Political Alignment: Social Conservative Time period: 1930-1944 Status: Partial mobilization ────── A constitutional monarchy, the Kingdom has experienced relative prosperity since its inception, and the war in the north mostly discredited unionists, as public opinion sees the 'northern rabble' as unfit to rule over the Mezzogiorno ever again. While Luigi Sturzo and his moderates have been in power for almost a decade, there was only so much they could do to help the impoverished of the nation, for even without war, poverty and poor land distribution plague the kingdom.
